Wave Hill is seeking a Database Manager to help advance the organization by ensuring our organization-wide CRM database (Altru) is being leveraged to build relationships, engage audiences, enhance communications and outreach, increase philanthropy and advance our overall goals. This is a new position reporting to the Chief Philanthropy and Engagement Officer and working closely with the Senior Manager of Technology. The Database Manager will oversee all aspects of the Altru database, train staff and create and implement policies for data management based on industry's best practices.
