Reporting to the Director of Donor Services & Operations, you will ensure effective, accurate reporting and analysis of fundraising metrics, providing critical data and insights that will guide strategy. You will also ensure colleagues are engaged with the database as an essential tool for their frontline fundraising, responding to ever-evolving needs and technology.
