New York City Center (NYCC) is seeking a collaborative and skilled part-time Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Project Manager with experience in working closely with multiple cross-functional partners, and the demonstrated ability to leverage change management to drive process efficiencies. Key to this role is the ability to move fast, interact with multiple people at all levels across the organization, be responsive, navigate ambiguity, and make an impact. The role requires a strong communicator, DEI practitioner and a keen observer of workplace culture, equity and employee engagement with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and be influential in his/her recommendations. He/she will be committed to the support of positive, inclusive and equitable employee relations in service to a workforce of creative and talented employees who are proud to be part of New York’s leading center for dance and musical theater.
