Historical Interpreters have the unique privilege to expand narratives to include stories of underrepresented histories.

This will be achieved by envisioning and producing meaningful exhibitions and initiatives, and curating the collection to enrich our understanding of history within a broader societal context. The Curator is an information broker who will lead the expansion and formalization of the outward-facing public access points for exhibitions, collections, and curatorial programs in order to create a space of shared power.

Historic Richmond Town’s Business Manager will work to ensure long-term financial and operational stability, growth, and success of Historic Richmond Town. This crucial position will manage a broad range of activities related to finance, human resources, and resource management by providing hands-on management and coordination to ensure the proper operational systems, fiscal and safety controls, and contracts are in place. The Business Manager will report to the CEO.
Full Time: $55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience
Work required over Labor Day weekend for the annual Richmond County Fair.
